Strut Health / Super Strut: the offer file

A tiered price makes strength and the recurring arrangement essential qualifiers.

Advertised price
$79 / $89 / $99Ten tablets per advertised 30-day supply, by strength
Conditions
Auto-refill is advertised. Consultation, follow-up and shipping are described as included.

Three tiers in the same product offer

Super Strut's product page lists ten tablets at $79 for the low strength, $89 for medium and $99 for high, describing each as a 30-day supply. It advertises auto-refill and includes physician consultation, follow-up and shipping in the offer. The prescription and final terms remain subject to clinical assessment. [Super Strut page]

Those are supply and billing descriptions, not a schedule for an individual to follow. A lower price is not a reason to select a different strength independently, and an advertised monthly pack does not tell every patient how frequently to use the product.

The formula needs its own field

The four ingredients listed are tadalafil, vardenafil, apomorphine and oxytocin. That differs from 4Play's ingredient list and from BlueChew GOLD. The common four-in-one label is therefore not an equivalence statement. Ask the prescriber why this particular preparation is appropriate for your medical needs.

FDA distinguishes compounded preparations from approved generics. We do not repeat the product page's timing or intimacy claims as independently verified outcomes for the combination, and we have not established a comparative clinical advantage. Read the formula file for the evidence questions. [FDA]

The next charge and the next question

Confirm when auto-refill occurs, how to change an order and what cancellation means for a supply already being processed. The page's “cancel anytime” statement does not answer every refund question. Ask how a clinical change interacts with the subscription, using the supply guide as a checklist.

Obtain the actual dispensing pharmacy identity and the instructions for the supplied preparation, including storage and date information. Official pharmacy-board resources can help with licensing checks. [FDA resources] This file records a public offer; it does not report a pharmacy inspection, a tested cancellation or a personal treatment result.
